At 25th Street Clothing Co, we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order. We offer a 14-day replacement window for eligible items, and our team is committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Delivery Issues: If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
- Printing Defects: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email clear photos of the damaged area and the entire item and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Ineligibility for Refund/Return
- Incorrect sizes selected at purchase.
- Lost/stolen package at delivery.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Each item is made at the time of order specifically for the order.
- I do not carry an inventory.
